  • Yoga and Meditation: Yoga and meditation are integral parts of Ayurveda. These practices help calm the mind, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. They also support the body's natural healing processes.

  • Daily Routines (Dinacharya): Ayurveda advocates for daily routines that align with natural rhythms, such as waking up early, practicing self-care, eating meals at regular times, and getting adequate rest. These routines help maintain balance and prevent disease.
